This is a photo of a model house in Jessica's area. The cost of this house is about $5,780.00. This doesn't include land acquisition or legal fees. This at least gives me an idea of what is needed. I was advised not to ask for the final amount from the field until closer to when money is raised because the costs are always changing. Here is the link for the page:
